Srishti Menon is a Textile and Apparel Design Consultant working across brands and craft clusters to develop process-driven textile and apparel products. Her practice focuses on bridging textile development and garment systems to create thoughtful products rooted in craft knowledge and technical understanding.
With nearly a decade of experience across fashion, textiles, and craft-based development, her work spans design studios, textile research, and collaborative engagements with artisan communities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from NIFT Hyderabad and a Master’s degree in Textile Design from NID Ahmedabad.
Her professional experience includes working with design studios where she developed a strong foundation in textile development, garment construction, and product processes. Her current work focuses on textile–apparel integration, co-design methodologies, and craft-based product systems across handloom and handicraft contexts.
She is currently developing BlockFit, a zero-waste garment development method integrating textile-making processes with garment construction logic.
